Felted chiffon Scarf
This scarf has combined indigo coloured needle felting with a length of brightly coloured check chiffon which has crinkled up to create a totally new surface effect. This scarf, unlike most of my others is more of a square shape, to drape around the shoulders, rather than a traditional long thin scarf
